ICON CLOTHING — STORE POLICIES

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We stand behind what we sell, but we run a tight shop and need clear rules so things stay fair for everyone.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date (or the delivery date, for items shipped to you). After 14 days we can't take it back — no exceptions.

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • Free of smells (smoke, cologne, deodorant marks, etc.)
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Approved returns are issued as store credit or an even exchange. We do not issue cash or card refunds. No exceptions, no matter who you spoke to — the policy applies equally to everyone.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstance:

  • Anything marked down, on sale, or bought with a promo code
  • Hats, beanies, and headwear
  • Socks, underwear, and any intimate apparel
  • Accessories, jewelry, and grooming products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed
  • All in-store pickup orders once the pickup is complete (see below)

ONLINE RETURNS

If you ordered online and your item qualifies, email us at returns@iconclothing.com within the 14-day window with your order number and a quick note about why it's coming back. We'll reply with instructions.

Return shipping is on you. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't issue credit for returns we never receive. Pack the item properly; anything that shows up damaged from poor packing will be sent back at your cost.

Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit is issued within 5 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? Easiest thing is to return the original and place a new order — inventory moves fast and we can't hold items. If the piece you want is still in stock when your return is processed, we're happy to swap it directly.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If something shows up damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — either a replacement or full store credit plus return shipping covered.

Please check your order before removing tags. Once tags come off, we treat the item as accepted.


IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

For all online pickup orders, the following is required:

  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Physical payment card used for the purchase

The name on the ID must match the name on the order and the payment method. No workarounds — not family, not a friend, not "my account." If it doesn't match, we can't release the order.

UNCLAIMED PICKUP ORDERS

Pickup orders need to be claimed within 7 to 10 days of the ready-for-pickup notification. We're a small shop and we don't have the floor space to hold gear indefinitely while it could be selling.

If your order isn't picked up in that window, here's what happens:

  • A $25 restocking fee will be charged or deducted from any refund or store credit issued
  • The item is returned to inventory and may be sold to another customer
  • If you still want it, you'll need to place a new order at current availability and pricing

We'll send a reminder before the deadline, so keep an eye on your email. If something genuinely came up — travel, a family thing, whatever — reach out before day 10 and we'll usually work with you. Just don't leave us guessing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • Orders will not be released without proper verification
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order flagged as suspicious
  • All pickups are recorded on camera for fraud prevention
  • By completing an online order, you agree to our no-fraud / no-chargeback policy

FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

Any attempt involving:

  • Unauthorized use of a payment card
  • Mismatched or falsified billing information
  • Chargeback abuse after a verified pickup

Will result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the order
  • Permanent ban from all future Icon Clothing purchases
  • Potential legal action and referral to local authorities

We take fraud seriously. Every pickup is tied to a verified ID, a physical card, and time-stamped video. Chargebacks filed after a verified pickup will be disputed with that evidence.

FINAL SALE ON ALL PICKUP ORDERS

Once an order has been picked up and verified at the counter, the transaction is complete and non-disputable. We encourage you to try things on or look them over before you leave the store.

Icon Clothing reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted in-store and on our website is the one that applies.
