Important Note: All items must retain original tags, remain unworn, and unwashed.
Return & Exchange Details
Postage: You cover return or exchange shipping costs.
Refunds: Store credit only via an electronic gift card (purchase price, excludes shipping fees; no expiration, works with discount codes).
Return Window: File a claim with customer service within 7 days from delivery.
Damaged/Defective Items: U.S. customers receive a prepaid return label; replacements sent after warehouse receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: Ordered over 7 days ago, no longer available, purchased with prior store credit, or on clearance/sale in store/online.
Return Approval: Post-RA #, return within 7 days to warehouse; expired RA #s cancel automatically.
Event Purchases: Items from events/expos not eligible for returns/exchanges.
